Our mission

We produce broadcast quality, thought provoking and poignant videos for domestic and international organizations.

Organizational Videos

We document on video case histories and project profiles in the field. These videos are used to demonstrate an organization's work in progress and to highlight success stories.

Advocacy Videos

We produce videos for advocacy work to inform and educate the public. These videos are used for outreach and to influence public policy in human rights, women's equality and participation, youth empowerment, social development and governance.

Training Videos

We partner with Hanmark Associates to develop training videos on a wide variety of topics. We beginning with our client's needs assessment and meet their workforce development and training goals. Our multi-lingual team has worked and lived in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and North America.

Video Training Initiatives

We conduct on-site video training to equip end users with the capacity to produce human interest documentaries on their subject of interest. These documentaries are then used for organizations' advocacy work.

Born in Egypt and raised in Ethiopia, Lucy Gebre-Egziabher is master at communicating stories of human interest because of her extensive experience developing, coordinating and managing international development programs in education.

After a successful career in International Development, Lucy decided to enroll in the Graduate Film Program at Howard University and graduated with a MFA in Film in 2000. Lucy brings a unique perspective and a keen sensibility in her film and video productions due to her exposure to social development from her work and travels to many developing countries. She approaches every production with a critical mind and an eye for the subtle and unseen.

She directed award winning narrative films, has written scripts for both short and feature length films and produced organizational videos under Teret Productions, a company she founded in 1999. In addition to producing videos, Lucy now devotes her time to filmmaking and guest lecturing on film at various educational institutions
